BobIQ SMS Notifications delivers transactional text messages to opted-in BobIQ customers. Messages include:
- Commission-discrepancy alerts - for example, "$164.50 shortfall detected on your March Anthem statement"
- 2FA codes for completing automated carrier-portal reconciliations
- Account-security alerts - login from new device, password reset
BobIQ does not use SMS for marketing, prospecting, or promotional messages.
3. Opt-In Mechanism
Customers opt in to BobIQ SMS Notifications via an unchecked checkbox during BobIQ account creation. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Consent is not required to purchase or use BobIQ. The full opt-in flow and consent disclosure is available at https://bookofbusinessiq.com/sms.html.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive 1-5 messages per week, depending on commission-reconciliation activity and security events.
5. Cost Disclosure
Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further BobIQ SMS messages.
You can also disable SMS notifications at any time from the Settings page inside your BobIQ account.

8. Supported Carriers
Compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, and MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
