How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Mobile Information
BobIQ collects mobile phone numbers from customers who voluntarily provide them during account signup and explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications. We use this information solely to deliver transactional text messages described in our SMS Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontracted service providers (such as Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider) for the purpose of delivering messages is permitted and limited to what is operationally necessary. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed for marketing.
Customers can revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any BobIQ message or by disabling SMS notifications in their account Settings.
Data Subprocessors
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio receives the recipient phone number and message content as required to deliver the message. Twilio's privacy policy is available at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.
We may use additional third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Data Storage and Security
We store your data on secure servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Commission data is retained in accordance with your account settings and applicable regulatory requirements. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of your consent and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes.
How to Revoke Consent and Request Deletion
SMS Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any BobIQ message to immediately opt out of all SMS notifications. You can also disable SMS notifications from the Settings page in your BobIQ account.
Data Access and Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at help@pbandpt.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Account Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your BobIQ account and associated data by contacting help@pbandpt.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information, including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data, except where retention is required by law.
Children's Privacy
BobIQ is a business-to-business service designed for insurance agency professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of BobIQ after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
